If you don't understand German you can use auto translated subtitles and just about get the gist of what he is saying, I haven't watched it all but if I understand correctly he thinks it's worth the money, but has a fair bit of room for improvement in temp limiting.
KenD on ECF summarised it like this

the temperature control is way off with every type of wire. At 220 Celsius (428 f) the RX burnt cotton with ni200, ti01, and ss. With juice it seemed to keep the temp quite accurately, until the coil got dry when the temp started increasing rapidly.
