Ive enjoyed coming back magicma and reaquaintng myself with you lot but I use eBay chatboard Round table and a couple of groups that Im in.

I cant help m falling sadly. its my MS and my desire for that thing you lot dont like (but I do
It doesnt help having to have sleeping tablets but thats another thing I cant do without.
If I didnt have that Id be awake all night.
I used to do that till I was in hospital a couple of years ago and they put me on to sleeping tablets.
Ive asked my dr if they could be whats causing my sleep walking.
He says no and I beleive him.

Anne Ive been very lucky really.
Ive got a ceiling hoist but ive never needed it:)
That will come into use when I cant stand up which will be a long long time if ever at all.

I hope you'll never need it Tim, it's not inevitable at all, mind over matter and determination can really work, I've seen it happen.
