I have decided to go for the VVTF NAUTILUS RBA DECK REBUILDABLE COIL HEAD KIT FOR NAUTILUS as I have 5 Nautilus's and the fact that I can buy rebuildable heads for them at less than 7 quid each, but still retain all the advantages of the Nautilus is just amazing for me.
However, it will be January before I will know if these will work for me, I will keep all the information that you have sent and once the Nautilus's are up and running, I will then delve deeper into the mysteries of those that have been suggested.
Thank you for all of your input.

In the end I went for the RBA Nautilus and I ordered it on the 17th of Dec. All 7 arrived today via Hong Kong Post. I am very pleased with the quality, price and speed of arrival. Thanks nanotm and all the rest that answered this query.

Thanks nanotm and all the rest that answered this query. on thing I will say is try to keep it no lower than 0.9ohms the airflow in the tank wont stand for lower power, ive messed about quite a bit in the last couple of weeks even built one on ni200 down at 0.09ohms .... it tasted horrible and basically didn't work very well at all so I am going to stick with 6 or 7 wraps of 28awg a1 @2.0mm ID which is basically what the supplied pre built coils are, sadly ive burnt out more wicks than i have coils but i enjoy the fun of messing about somewhat, the only real problem so far has bene the need to use a tank base assembly to check the build before i wick it, i don't have a spare one .....something i will fix when if /when my order ever arrives from china, oddly it took less than a week for the 3 rba's i ordered to arrive, indeed i had the one before they added the extra tank top seal into the pack, now i have another two and will probably buy a 4th just so i can have a spare ready to go but that rather depends on what happens when the tfv4 and the crius arrive, because i might relegate the nauties to shelf space if i like those tanks

So nanotm is the larger white washer in the pack, for the top of the tank? yeah you add it as well as the existing one to reduce the size of the gap at the bottom, its just aesthetic rather than functional on authentic tanks, although apparently highly necessary on clones

Thanks nanotm. It is all authentic tanks that I have, but I will keep this in mind. And thanks for the info on the coils. I will need to get some 28awg wire. How long does a wick last with these coils?

lobeydosser with the premade coils they supplied my first wick lasted 2 weeks, but I destroyed the coil trying to get it out .... the second one lasted me 3 days (didn't like the juice) my first home built coil lasted a week but the wicks was still running fine but I was only chugging just over a tank full per day through them at a happy medium of 15.5watts as to the wire, I have used both 28 and 30awg on mine, the 30 was slightly easier to attach to the sodding screws, then I figured out if I measured them perfectly and used two pairs of tweezers I could just make a loop on the leg ends and insert the screws into that (sooo much simpler) its a learning curve though and what works for my bad eyesight and clumsy fingers might not be the same for you also the wick lasting thing is subjective to the juice you put through the tank, when I started I was rotating ry4/cherry mix with custard menthol and rhubarb n custard through the tank, and I noticed that the clearer liquids would get very dirty as the wick backflowed into the tank but I have also managed to get enough tanks up and running (pair of subtank minis and pair of mini nautis) that I can stick to a single juice in each tank and so now i'm finding the gunkers (custards and sweets) the wick is only lasting about a week ( I chuch about 1/3rd of a tank from each every day ...but the nic levels have gone down from 18mg to around 10mg)

Thanks nanotm. At 69, both the eyes and the fingers are not too clever. A magnifying glass should help the eyes but I'm not too sure what will help the fingers!!! I basically vape Royal by FlavourArt which is a mild and smooth tobacco flavour although I sometime use a Spearmint/Menthol mix and also some fruit flavours. I only use the one e-juice in each tank and do not mix tanks/wicks. I now have 5 or 6 Nautilus 5ml tanks and use these all the time now. I normally vape at 4.5/5w taking that up to around the 8w mark as the coil gets gummed up. I am hoping that with these new heads I will be able to continue running at the lower end.

Hi nanotm, I had a wee problem with Drams and the like, a while ago and I have not tasted them in nearly 30 years. Indeed I have forgotten what they taste like and have no wish to find out. So I guess I will need to just stick to the lollipop sticks and have the fun of eating them first!!

Hi nanotm, Sorry to take so long before answering you, but I was away all afternoon spending loadsa dosh at the garden centre investing in my new found hobby. Gawd gardening can be bloomin' expensive!!!! Anyways, back to the subject in hand. I will try building a few coils and wicking them, just to see how I get on, before tackling any hand exercises. As a lazy B at heart, the very word "exercise" sends shivers down my spine! I will let you know how I do.
