so he publishes the ideas that allow parliament to rewrite the draft proposals before implementing the act months before it should be done ..... does he realise that inciting civil disobedience is a crime I wonder?
regardless of what will happen between now and may 2016 it is unlikely to be good for the average citizen, of ocurse there are glaring omissions within the text anyway, I do like the fact that the EU diktat has effectively imposed a weeping ban on any novel tobacco type product, which inadvertently means they are banning a cultural product utilised almost exclusively by one part of society which is normally a vocal subgroup but has been noticeably quiet, perhaps the shisha bars have failed ot notice that whilst they will not be banned all the products they offer will be ....

Thanks for the link Ron - as usual, Clive Bates comes up with some compelling arguments, both for and against, and shows his reasoned thinking and analysis. Some food for thought here, certainly.
