Need to buy a couple of replacement batteries but I am stuck on which one to buy. EGO or RIVA. Or, can someone recommend one. Thanks

Either are fine, I have some Riva's here well over a year old, if you look on the sites they should tell you which ones have the "3 click on-off" function which is handy if you carry your e-cig in your bag or pocket.

The Riva starts at 4.1 volts and slowly goes down to about 3.6. A "real" eGo is regulated at about the 3.5 volt mark so stays the same. So, I guess it depends which you prefer and what you are using with it

Yes Gaz. I have heard that too. The Riva is longer. I am at the moment using LR Kangers and Boges if that helps. I still need to get my head round the voltage stuff. Sometimes I get a good throat hit and then sometimes not. My other half prefers both and I tend to buy the high nicotine content although the last batch of Grizs I bought from Vapeescape were not too bad although other half thought that they were not strong enough........Sometimes it`s frustrating. ???

Personally I think the Riva gives a better vape but this is nit-picking and things that you don't really need to worry about at the moment. Both can use the same attachments. (I have Riva's and Ego batteries) You don't need to get a 1100 battery if you want something more compact the 650 ones are about a third smaller but still very good in comparison to what you are using.

i think its a 180mah they dont last long enough for me... just had to charge my pack and it took around 3 hours and you cannot charge your battery when the pack is charging grrrrr... this set up is perfect for my missus but i defo need a better battery to last 3 hours minimum and reasonably priced

mmmm I know about the Lava tube which I am saving up for. I will need a battery that will last a while before I have to recharge it.

I would highly recommend a VV battery passthrough if it is just a battery you are after like this one: vapourhut.com/batteries/900mah%20Variable%20Voltage%20USB%20Pass%20Through10% off with hut10. Fantastic device and can used whilst charging if you are near a USB port and even as a battery lasts quite some time and the variable voltage option gives you a little bit of flexibility.

If you want to save money Gaz accept that bigger is better and jump in without going through the stages A 1100 Riva bat isn't really that big anyway
