Adding nic to readymade

Hi

This might sound like a silly question. My friend has 10ml of 0 nic readymade. Can I add nic base to make this 6mg for her? My nic is 7.2% vg I take it I will need to add 0.6ml is this correct?

to make 10ml of 6mg you need .8ml of 72 so .6ml in 10ml of ready made sounds about right..

Sorry to jump on this question, but  it reminded me to ask mine!

My fiancee and I enjoy the same flavours, but we require different strength nicotine. Can I make zero nicotine juice, let is steep, add the desired nicotine strength and vape away?

mikedidthis, yes, just exclude the nic from the base mix (vg/pg/flavouring) and add in the amount required as needed. bear in mind this will increase the pg % (assuming you are using pg based nic) so the base mix needs to be a bit pg light to compensate

Of course...
here is another way too.

My wife and I both vape my DIY Ry4.

I make 300-500ml of her mix 1.2% nic @10% flavouring.

I cut it 50% with 0 base and thrive on .6%nic@5% flavouring.

I didn't even think of that izan , so thank you.

I am at 0.15% at the moment, so I may just keep the 0% to myself and drop in 0.6% nicotine for her whilst she kicks the stinkies.

Best to go with 0.9 ml of 72mg if you want 6mg

Maths:
You are starting off with 10ml of nicotine free e-liquid and then you are adding more liquid (0.9ml of 72mg ) making the total finished size 10.9ml
if you only add add 0. 6ml of 72 mg to your 10ml then your finished strength will only be be 4mg

Thanks, I added the 0.6ml last night but if its not strong enough I can add more. Thanks for the input.
