I've been recommending one very similar to dagl's except that for a few extra quid, you can over-ride the auto-off settings so you'll never lost where you are while mixing. It's called the On Balance Envy NV-500 and it'll cope with 500g total weight to an accuracy of 0.01g and costs £11.99 +£2.99 shipping from Cream SuppliesIf you can manage to concentrate for more than a 2 minutes, I'm sure the cheaper ones will do fine. Just in case dagl's link stops working, here's another ebay seller of the I-2000 for almost the same price. If you can't imagine ever wanting to make more than say 50ml of one juice, you could do worse than to chose the excellent Smart Weigh SWS100 (100g max, 0.01g accuracy, 60sec time-out for less than £10) from Amazon. Just in case anyone can't figure out how to use the settings to over-ride the auto-off settings on the NV-500 1. The default Auto-Off setting is 180 seconds if inactivity[sic]. 2. To change the Auto-Off time setting or disable this function, please follow these steps: a. Turn on the scale by pressing "ON/OFF" key and wait until "0.0" is displayed. b. Press & hold the "TARE" key for 5 seconds until "180" is displayed. Press "MODE" key to cycle through your choices of "0 / 60 / 120 / 180" seconds. Turn off the scale, Auto-Off setting is completed. c. Turn on the scale. If user chooses "0" seconds in previous step, it means the Auto-Off function is disabled. To keep a longer battery life, please turn the scale off by pressing the "ON/OFF" key after each use.

Never knew about a five pound coin, is it just new? No, according to wikipedia they've been around since 1990 as a commemorative coin that's also legal tender.
