here's a question for you macca, if using dual coil cartos on a LT, I know it's best not to, but if you are, would 2.0 Ohm DCC's be better than 1.5 Ohm DCC's?

Possibly better but whatever dual coil you put in there, you can only pass 1.25 amps max through each coil before the LT drops out to the lowest voltage setting..That's akin to vaping with a 3 ohm cart on a 3.7 volt battery.
When I set up the test bench for testing out my mod the 0.16 coil does not begin to glow till I start passing 1.3-1.4 amps through it.
However, it depends on too many variables including personal preference, construction of the dual coil, batteries you've got in there, etc., etc., but reports from users are that the LT does not offer a good experience with dual coils.

If you've already ordered try it, which I am sure you are going to do and you may like it.. I don't use tanks because I 've gone off vaping through wadding but I see no reason why you can't use single coils. Punch a hole in 2 ohm single coil that fits your tank and see which one is better for you.

cheers mate, thankfully I'm only getting 3 pre punched DCC's so whilst I might as well try to use them since I have them, I can then try other cartos in it.

I am sure I don't have to tell you this but make sure the single coils you use are stainless and if you've peeled off the sticky tape give the outside a good clean in lemon juice or vinegar to get the adhesive off and rinse the outside thoroughly before punching the hole..

cheers Macca, will be sure to get stainless, didn't even know you could peel the black label off, but even so I don't like the idea of it.

You can get the xl boges that are single coil and fit nicely into a DCT or you can cut down the size of the tube of the tank and use standard boges in there instead www.vapeescape.co.uk/boge-xxl-cartomisers-%2850mm%29~323for the xl boges which look to me like the solution to your problem

They will fit Karma, the flange helps to stop slipping and sliding but if you hold them well with your fingers when putting them altogether after filling they will be fine. I dont use the flanged ones in mine

You don't need a flange but it does give you a better fit and prevents juice accidents as in you can't push the carto too far up exposing the bottom..
The main thing you got to watch whilst ordering separate cartos is length w.r.t your tank and that they are stainless..

If you want to use a standard cartomiser in the tank's you've linked to, you would need to cut the tank down a little Karma, because they are for the longer cartomisers or DC's. They don't need a flange though, as has been pointed out.
