New vapers will find this easy to use and fill without leaks. I dont see anywhere on the Aspire web site that says new vapers caution. I am giving my views on the tank based on this, but thanks for pointing out and I have added a little for you. Don't add anything for my benefit it is not me that needs the information. Battery safety is the most important aspect of vaping for newcomers but unfortunately quite a few manufacturers don't seem to think so. No, I think it was or is an important point.

Carto tanks - funny, I came across a couple of pre-punched Boge cartos the other day, buggered if I can find the tank to go with them though! For all you new vapers out there, cartomisers were essentially metal tubes with a coil and some wadding in them which had to be carefully filled with juice and then attached onto a 510 connection on your very small battery of choice. The carto tank was invented to encase the cartomiser enabling you to vape a whole tank of juice through a couple of holes punched in the walls of said tube, until the taste went funky at which point you ditched the carto and started over. Carto tanks were infamous for leaking and not feeding the carto quickly enough resulting in the most vicious dry hits. Great at the time, but not even worth considering now, although there are some members here who still use them.

You mean this? I dont think so. yarp I think they supposed to fit the triton so wondered if it would work in this different size and style of coil unit. a lot of the aspire kit seems to be going away from the universal coil fittings whilst other companies are all moving towards it with their ranges ... I have ot say my experience with "genuine coils" isn't very good (despite ensuring they are the genuine article) on average more than half have been duds, on the other hand some fo the "fakes" have worked a lot better but i'm dubious about whats in them so have moved across to rebuildable decks which despite the fiddlyness seem to be worth the effort, just need more rba heads so I can pre make them reather than needing ot wash /build every time a need to swap a coil (because theres never enough time when one needs swapping and I don't have a huge range of kit)
