There are rivers that flow for hundreds of miles towards the level of the sea without falling more than a few feet - notably, the Nile, which, in a thousand miles, falls but a foot. A level expanse of this extent is quite incompatible with the idea of the Earth's "convexity." It is, therefore, a reasonable proof that Earth is not a globe. This is completely wrong: Especially the misconception it falls but a foot. The main sources of The White Nile is Lake Victoria 1,133 m altitude and The Blue Nile is Lake Tana 1,788 m altitude much more than a foot. The Nile is absolutely consistent with a globe, gravity causes water to want to come to rest at the lowest altitude, flow downhill.

More correct than a foot of elevation jtc but maybe all the altimeters and scales that people have used at those places are lying, a litre of pure water will weigh less at over a mile above sea level and surveyors have know this for ages.

Yes that's probably the case People are using calculations that are taught to them assuming there's a globe

The Nile is 6,853 km (4,258 miles) long. There's a 1,000 mile stretch that only drops 1 foot Aha proof for flatties

Yes that's probably the case People are using calculations that are taught to them assuming there's a globe Assuming acceleration due to gravity which is not specific to a globe but to masses. Which is why weight and mass are different although we commonly use mass in grams which is the same even in outer space where things are weightless. Their mass remains the same, but their weight (downward force) should really be in Newtons which will change with the distance from the centre of the gravity. Gravity is a very weak force and needs massive objects like planets for us to notice it's effect and reduces sharply the further away we get.

Look up their altitudes they will not be a foot difference, there is over a mile vertical drop from the source of the Blue Nile to the Mediterranean and over a km for the White Nile to the Med. I could say I am 12 foot tall, don't make it true.

Hmmm I'm losing this debate me thinks Despair not! Without people that challenge the "norms", we would never make discoveries. Plenty of very clever amazing people that are responsible for some of the greatest discoveries ever were originally laughed at and mocked.

Personally i can't disprove anything that you have said because i don't have the ability to go into space but i have to say that the evidence against your argument is stacking up

You only need a stick and a measuring tape to prove it *-SARIN-*

Hmmm well I seen this clever guy just. He reckons he has modern day software that proves they are telling us lies about how far the sun is away. Also like many that the flat earth map needs redrawing to be more accurate. Very interesting and actual real measurements this is looking like
