Hi just cooked up some sweet strawberry glazed doughnut and was wondering does it need steeping as long as the custards?
thanks smiley

Is it just glazed donut and strawberry? Give it a week. If you throw in cake batter, cream or custard, give it at least two weeks to a month.

For me, glazed donut is good to go after a week. I just cracked open a four week old donut and its even better.
