So are there scales that can do this that I can put a 1 litre mixing beaker on? I think all digital scales allow this, normally the TARE button zeros the weight at any point so it just reads the weight you are about to add.

You could mix a litre in an empty 1 l mineral water bottle it will weigh far less than a beaker plus you can put the lid on and give it a good shake to thoroughly mix.
I find a tall measuring cylinder the least faff, I have 2 x 100 ml (cheap from Wilkos homebrew dept), 2 x 250 ml and 1 x 500 ml and get a thorough mix by decanting back and forth to the storage bottle a few times. I would use weight for small amounts directly into bottles (I have some 0-100 g scales), but I am a lazy so normally do > 500 ml at a time.

I got 1/2/3/5/10/20 ml syringes from amazon, get the medical disposable plastic stuff and some 14 gauge blunt needles, I found there are some serious bargains to be had like this www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00X2E0TCU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00and although there listed as disposable they do come apart for cleaning in water, and the 1ml size is so thin it doesn't need a needle to get to the bottom of the bottle you can also get ldpe bottles though amazon cheaper than other places half the time like these 100ml LDPE 50ml LDPE 10ml LDPE 30ml LDPE and other mixing supplies like the pg/vg prices can be competitive plenty of places to get your supplies though and its always best to check them all and see who's cheapest for a bulk buy of supplies

I mix every day....about 30ml
For the sake of 5 mins it's worth it.
For trying out stuff no more than 10-15ml
I have a good chemist who will sell me 35ml plastic medicine bottles and a wee one shot hip flask for out and about
and don't forget the poundshop/asda - cheap plastic shot glasses for decanting (way cheaper than medicine cups)
I don't use a scale. I have no need to. I keep a supply of 1ml syringes like I keep loo roll (always have some in)

is it not a good idea to use pint mugs for decanting then ? I generally tip out the vg/pg into pint glasses and fill enough syringes to the required level then squirt into the bottle,

Beats me how or why anyone would use syringes. They do not even fit the necks of most nic/concentrate bottles. Plus they only have tiny capacity. Use scales or measuring cylinders

I think all digital scales allow this, normally the TARE button zeros the weight at any point so it just reads the weight you are about to add. It might be worth mentioning that you can only go up to the maximum weight the scales weigh eg For scales that weigh up to 500g If you TARE (Zero the weight) at 400g you cannot add more than 100g (as I recently found out)

Just done a 2,250 ml mixing session, 6 mixes in the 500 ml cylinder, I either mix to use a full 50 ml bottle of flavouring or to fill the 310 ml brown glass storage bottles I use. Just using a single flavour and 100% PG I make 40 mg flavoured nic and flavoured 0 nic then mix those to whatever strength I want after they have had a good steep. I have 3 x 310 ml bottles of 7 mg ready to vape, once I have vaped 2 I mix another 2 from the 0 & 40 mg, 7 mg because it's easy to measure 255 ml of 0 mg then top up to 310 mg. Plus I have 5 and a bit 310 ml bottles of 0 nic and one and a bit of 40 mg all flavoured is something like 9 months worth on hand.
