Me too, just got this reply-

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that we have requested the ticket stock from the promoter we should have this a the start of the week and tickets will then be dispatched sorry for the delay.

Not as far as I'm aware. Will look into this on Monday.

However, to reiterate...

We will have a list of those booked. Bring the email and we can check against it regardless of physical ticket or not.

I got a virtual ticket today, so if you have not got yours it is worth emailing them and saying you are happy to have a virtual ticket if they have printing delays,

I charge 50p per email and it took 2 , but don't I remember being offered an e-ticket when I ordered.

When you purchased ticket/s for the VAPE FEST 2016 you may have had the option to have your tickets posted out to you, Regrettably this was a system error and should not of been an option, The Ticket Factory apologises for this.

Therefore I have changed all your tickets to be emailed as an e-ticket which you should receive shortly.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Spoke to the venue who spoke to ticket factory, an apparent error so they emailed all the tickets from these back out

From a totally selfish point of view I hope that ticketing keeps some of the more casual campers at bay.....? From my experience of doing the last two at the showgrounds the weekends were like chalk and cheese! In that the 1st was more family orientated with kids and dogs and evening barbecues with small groups socialising into the early morning, tents spaced in small clusters of social groups - very like a camping site.

The second was heaving! couldn't put a chair down between tents and fields full to as far as the eye could see and loads of gangs of students/teens, I honestly thought I was at 'V' Festival. If I'd wanted to go there I'd have nicked my daughters ticket!

I know I sound a right old fogey? and I felt perfectly safe last year but it was bouncing! - so a beautiful meld of two dates would suit me. For anyone that is dithering about the camping aspect.. its not hard core! there's plenty of toilet blocks, shower blocks, social tents and covered area's and the main building has a normal pub and stadium seating etc. the vendors tents all have carpeting or matting so its not all mud and portaloos! It's positively civilised
