He still managed to make me chuckle on the day of his funeral, and would have probably loved the gesture, where the Church removed one of their normal five candles behind the altar to four, in recognition of his 'Fork Handles' sketch. Brilliant.

The only one I find funny, and it's in total contrast to previous 'not smutty' favourites... is 'Mrs Brown's Boys' with Brendan O'Carroll. He has 'the knack' of being outrageous without taking offence, and bringing comedy down to an unacceptable level.
