As much as I hate to say it that thread is largely irrelevant. The 'new' clone passes all of those tests, even down to having all re-wrapped 'nitecore branded (yes, I know) caps inside. Whoever is making these is reading the critique and adjusting accordingly.

Hi Isabel. Yes I have read that, and included your responses in the first post of this thread.

The purpose of this thread is not to defame or make GearBest look bad in any way. The purpose is to help others identify counterfeit and potentially very dangerous chargers, so that they may take the decision to avoid using them.

In this instance I think Gearbest have reacted very appropriately, and I applaud you for that. A sentiment which was resonated in my response to you via the ticket.
