It is due to you being a vendor that you can't start a thread in China Shopping. When I set up the permissions for that board, at the time I couldn't think of a reason why a vendor/vendor employee would need to start a thread on that board I've now removed the blocks

frustrating as it is (and believe me it was frustrating as it was a fushia one for Mrs.G-J), whether it gets through or not probably depends on a human, checking rules for different kit. As we all know, humans can and do make mistakes, and let's face it, there's so many manufacturers with different agreements for different countries, it's probably quite easy for mix-ups to happen.....

in fact, Chrissie is there somewhere appropriate for a possible sticky to collate this sort of info?? could be a useful one if it helps advise peeps about the chances of a similar situation happening or do we just tell everyone to go to fasttech?

I am sorry to see this
But once the Eleaf company got that we send items to UK , we will be fined a huge money and big loss
Also, some UK friends got them because our new colleague didn't get that
Sorry again for the inconvenience, i am upset by this policy too, it makes me have to face lots of issue

I've had them from FT @ $25 (as recently as last month), a couple of dollars more than GB but not had any problems of supply
