Solidly tightened screws and steady ohms when analysing.
I'm baffled tbh

don't know, I had this problem all the time with SS before the update, have you selected the new 316 profile in the profile settings rather than continueing to run the steamengine profile?
I had a few issues to start with, just wouldn't read true from cold or stayed in power mode. yet another soft reboot sorted it.

It'll be the tanks or dirt build up, IDK what the Herakles coils are like but if they just trap the wire against a bit of rubber like a subtank that that's the most likely culprit. I would never set muck stock on how cleros work with temp limiting I just think they are optimised for easy & cheap coil replacement and the connection quality is low on the list of priorities.  With the RDAs it's not just the coil connections that can cause unstable resistance, things like adjustable 510 or positive post being slightly loose, or just too many bits of metal in the current path can.  That's why I don't like adjustable 510s on atties and always clean and tighten them right down before use.  If it was one mod than I would say check the 510 and 510 ground, but you said it all of them.

I'm using the rta 2 with ss claptons.
The 510 were all cleaned and are solid copper pins and tightened very well as they are long and pertrudeding.
I'm not giving up yet though.
I'll have access to a pc later and I'll be playing around again

Claptons can change res on their own as the thin wire sometimes conducts between loops lowering the res slightly and sometimes not, it's like how they can suffer hot spots when they are new.  Tripple or 2+2 twisted is so much less faff IMO because all the strands are the same length shorting between strands won't change the resistance.  The easy way to tell is if it has the problem with a single strand single coil build.

Also give the 510 a good clean.

Well a week later I couldn't wait to get home to my kanthal fused clapton.
I don't think I can try TC again lol.
It just just don't do it for me anymore unfortunately

Mostly my TC use is dedicated to using up the 300ml of 80vg Red Astair I made a few months ago, in fact its the only juice that seems to go through my griffin.
Works ok with an Aeronaut though 60-80w /240c, no ramp up.

No messing with kanthal and a better vape imo.
