Thanks for the info. Would the 30q be any good? The 25r samsung is not protected.

You don't want protected, i know that sounds wrong but honestly protected cells are the wrong type.
The protected ones are the ones that tend to go bang and shoot fire when they fail, the unprotected IMR's are safer chemistry they'll get hot and eject some gasses but no flames.

30q's are unprotected too they'll be ok as long as 15A is the maximum Amps you're going to be drawing that's the spec for the continuous discharge rating on those.
The LG HG2's the first link i posted have the same mAh rating as the Samsung 30q but they have a 20A continuous discharge rating so safer to build lower with but identical battery life.

What is it you need button tops for specifically?
I've got loads of devices and only one requires button tops that's my Atto mod.

Thanks once again for your help i have just ordered 2 30q

I've not ordered from there myself "yet" i stocked up on batteries from China before i found out about that place but i'll be ordering from there when i need some fresh batteries.
I can't imagine there will be any great hold up shipping from Holland if they ship by boat it should take a day to get to the UK if by road maybe 2.
If there's any hold up i can only imagine it would be at UK customs.
