Cant speak for everyone there, but they do know what e-cigs are, so one would hope they arent going to confuse it for anything else

I hear what youre saying HaroldTheBarrel & totally agree with you, its a horrible situation to be in when some people dont even feel safe going out of their houses.
As you say they arent going round randomly shooting people, theyre known drug pushers that are armed themselves ! I fully support Duterte and his no messing tatics...leathal they may be, but they seem to be working when you consider the amount of drug pushers handing themselves into the police, for someone that didnt really want to be president, i think he's doing a  bloody good job.
Its just a pity he's being smeared by western leaders & the media.....two groups are are corrupt themselves & they have the cheek to claim someone else is ! If Duterte came over here & ran for prime minister I'd vote for him....would be nice to have a leader that isnt in someones pocket.

In about a month, I'm going on holiday to the Philippines. Having had a look online, there seems to be a fairly big vaping scene there.

I have found a few chat boards online and have managed to also find the odd B&M shop online too (although they never have any prices...) - American juices seems popular but I'm hoping to get the chance to try a few local brews if I can find any.

Does anyone have any experiences from vaping over there? 

I'm also thinking, perhaps stupidly, being closer to China might be able to pick up some hardware bargains? (I don't need an RX2/3 but still want one!!!)

I think it's unlikely you'll find any vape stores there to be honest. You could try the Island City Mall in Tagbilaran City, i think that would be the obvious place to look in that area. Failing that, I think Cebu would be the nearest place that you will find good quality vape gear and juice.

My recommendation would be Extreme Vape at tha APM shopping mall in Cebu City, they have everything you could imagine there and some amazing juices too.

The vape scene in the Phillipines is huge, even in the provinces. The reason it's probably not seen much by tourists is, they adopt a 'don't vape where you can't smoke' approach.
There's probably more juice vendors and small vape outlets in the Philippines than there is in the UK lol
