Have yo tried Cocoon from FA

I think Fuji Apple from FA and Toffee from Hangsen would make a good mix.

I haven't mixed with hangsen and I never see them in recipes.

jtc The toffee is really good on its own mixed at 20%
the longer it steeps the better it gets, mine steep
for 2-3 months

I'm thinking of going for Fuji apple,English toffee and like jtc said a bit of caramel should be ready for my birthday on November 5th my big 50th.

In my limited experience making concoctions you might think of upping the Fuji.
3% Apple Fuji : 12% toffee/caramel .... the apple might get lost.

But now that you've made the mix, you'll be able to see and make a call yourself
