Well I've recently bought £60 worth of kit with no hassle. I don't understand why the worry. I regularly buy from them and a good few quid

The worry is if customs spot your package and it's above the customs limit you'll get pumped for customs tax and an £8 RM handling fee.

It's not the method of shipping that triggers custom and RM fees, it's the value of the package.
