Im in the randomiser every week but no luck so far on a runt, have been looking at rockmodz but Ryan posted he is having a little break from building soon and yep i missed the last of his stabwood blocks that went up for sale.

Ive just joined the toaster group but not sure what his mods are like so will just keep browsing for now.

On a sadish note i took my svapiamo to work to try and remove the 3d print ridges using some micro mesh but i think i hit it a bit hard with the rougher ones first, popped a few pics up of it can any one surgest an answer to removing the grey lines, it is nice and smooth now but cant get the colours back properly (Gutted)

You are correct drunkenbum the contacts are brass, apparently there is a list going up the weekend but im a little unsure how it works need to read the pinned post again.

Yes ive gone all the way down to 12000 has a lovely smooth/shiny finish but i think i was a little rough with the coarser ones, it almost looks like its underneath the shine.

Ryan @ rockmodz does DNA 75 stab wood and floris squonkers. He's taking a break for a bit though.
Dave @ runt mods has done DNA 40 ones in the past but I think he's just doing the mech at the moment

I thought that thebishman used to hate it but i use it solely for my vaping needs mods etc unfortunately its the only place you can get certain things these days. Have some great mixing groups too.

Another prototype arrived today, pics don't do it much justice in artificial light, I'll try take better pics tomorrow, but I'm quite happy with it.
I have made some significant changes and improvements to the logo and layout design since this was ordered. This was a test of measurements and the dimensions of the box and inlay. All fits together really well and feels good in hand.
I've also decided to use SLS Nylon rather than Allumide, as the cost of prints in that material are unfortunately rather high, so this will be a one off. Unless otherwise requested.

Calling this one the Black Pearl, there will also be a White Pearl which will be....white, of course and feature green abalone and then the finalised Illuminati mod will also be available.
The complete and tested designs for all three should be available by the end of Feb beginning of March latest.
Hopefully at least someone will be interested haha, and thanks for putting up with my ramblings

Thats a nice looking squonker jonathan303 any chance of a pic of the internals please and what 510 will be fitted as fdv are like rocking horse shxt at the moment.
 
im sure i could find room in my collection for one of these little bad boys.
