New batteries/mod problem?

As ever VapingBad, sterling work on the battery safety aspect of vaping for the members here. Unfortunately I'm a little challenged when it comes to graphs, voltage drop, battery sag internal cell resistance etc. The market is being flooded with grossly overrated and under performing batteries which worries me, more so for the uninformed vaper. I'm kinda old school and tend to stick with what I know works best and is safe. 25R's, 30Q's and LG's are all I use. I have used them without issue and I'm happy with the run time I get from them. And I'll fly in the face of the charging recommendation, I very seldom use an external charger and a mod with no USB charging is a deal breaker for me. Whether it's series or parallel, it's USB for me.

I too struggle to understand all this but I use 30Q's and VTC5's in my rolos at 100w all day
Is this considered safe still?

Yeah, the power is across 3 batteries so only 33 W from each, the DNA 200 is far more efficient 98% so the 33 W is only 33/.098 = 33.67 W at the batteries so at their lowest voltage (2.75) the max current will be 33.67/2.75 = 12.25 A.  But it is more that if they have not got the grunt you get shorter vape time than about danger, the low cut-off protects you as it causes the power to lower if the battery can't supply it.
