IMO the 25Rs at £4 from that company are far better value, the extra sag on these 3,000 mAh only mean people vaping at low wattages (about 30 W per battery) actually get more run time and even then the 25R will probably still give you more puffs per £.

No, just saying for most vapers 25Rs at £4 are better value than the 3,000 mAh batteries that seem the current Vogue like HG2, 30Q or VTC6 at £4.80 and for people vaping at over about 25-30 W per battery they probably wont even give them more runtime. Though for low power vapers the extra runtime maybe worth a tiny loss in pure value for money terms.

I Have ordered a VT inbox squonker just wondering what batteries will suit it, I don't vape over 30w.

I Have ordered a VT inbox squonker just wondering what batteries will suit it, I don't vape over 30w. All of them, I tested a few on a DNA75 and at 25 W a 30Q gave 16% more puffs than an oldish 25R (Mooch reckons HG2s and 30Q are as good as each other), as the DNA 75 is only 85% efficient 25 W at the 510 needs 29.4 W from the battery. Take this up to 50 W and 30Q only gave 7 % more puffs and at 75 W it gave 7% less puffs than a quite old 25R. But that 25R was oldish so I think over about 30 W a new one would have about the same puff time as a 30Q/HG2, I can be exact, but just don't expect them to last loads longer for the extra 20%+ in price, maybe 10% longer at modest power, no longer for medium power and shorter puff time than a 25R at high power.

@broadblaster - Thank you - that is interesting to know.
I think the first ones that I bought were lower amps (this isn't my field of expertise at all....) - the HG2's I bought after seem to be working well, so far.

No problem mate i only know this as Ben himself has in the past posted that this is what he does. The only reason he does it is for promoting his business not for people too think he makes them. If you look on his site you can see he sells the wraps as a separate item for people to re-wrap their own as and when they need doing. Glad you now have got the ones you need and they are working as you had hoped.

that was the people raving about these 3,000 mAh batteries for every situation, it was discussed by Ripshod when he was creating his guide last year, it's just hype / emperor's new clothes. They are OK, just over hyped and a little over priced IMO, but that's vaping kit for you

So for 30 to 35w vaping in my squeeze..the lg or the 25r would last roughly the same?

To me it is only worth extra £££ if it allows you to go out carrying fewer spare batteries and with only 10% usable extra I doubt it makes any difference to that. I was reading the squeeze thread and see that people are changing battery at around 3.6 V and since these will have more sag than a 25R a 25R could give you a bit more vape time before the sag makes you want to swap. Where they would work well is in regulated mods at low watts or multi battery mods so the watts per battery are low, then they are probably as good value as 25R.
