quick run down of what she is using
I curve batts and gs tank with 30 mg nic tw juice not the best kit but she is happy
the problem is when they stop doing the 30 mg the tank isn't going to work as well for her(and good excuse to get her away from tw) so what I need is a good mtl tank that takes standard coils that don't leak or gurgle
showed her how easy diy juice was and the cost savings the other night and she seems to be up for that but would be good to get her nic levs down with a better tank
as long as it don't leak or gurgle she will be happy (weeping counts as leaking with her lol)

I don't have nautilus but i have two kabukis and since i got these the kabukis are redundant, No leaks no spitting no juice in your mouth but you do have to unscrew the top to fill it but it is very easy.

decoy - I prefer the full size nautilus - just needs less filling 1.6 or 1.8 ohm coils are cheap on Amazon for a 5 pack and last a few weeks usually. Easy to fit - just a screw in twist.

I use the GS tanks in preference to the mini Nautilus. I have the GS tank (the wide one) and the GS Air M.
Are we talking about the 'slim' original by any chance? OK, that one's a bit dodgy.
Why....?
Well, you can get coils for £5 from Fasttech without going around the houses (getting credits to pay for Aspire kit). The GS M is BETTER than the mini Nautilus as it takes more liquid and you can get a gentle DTL going on it if you like.
So - there you have it. The £5 coils alone make it my choice.

Can confirm the Cubis does not leak but the 1.5ohm coils do mute the flavour and it's a spitty bugger until the coils are bedded in. However I think she would like the tube Ego Aio, can guarantee it won't leak and with the 0.6ohm coils she will be able to drop her nic level overnight, I can only use 6mg in them, it's my go to up the yard as so small to chuck in a pocket and not worry about it leaking. Nautilus is very good, I don't like the normal size one as I like dinky tanks and it just looks over balanced on my mods but I use the smaller ones and with stock coils so cheap on Amazon they are easy to run and certainly don't leak, not sure if she would find it so easy to drop her nic level though as the lowest coils for them are 1.6. I have I-Subs and to be honest I still can't MTL on them even with the 2ohm coils, I've tried and tried and it just makes me cough for some reason even with 4mg liquid high VG. They are a really nice range but just don't suit MTL for me. If baconandeggs can re-coil them though then I may be on the begging list to do them at a better ohm for me to try The GS range are easy to use as well but not the tall skinny one, that's awful, I like the shorter stubby ones like djs and I think I've got and tried the whole range of them over time and still use them now, the 1.2ohm coils are the best for me, FT also do some good copies that take the coils. But my favourite go to at the moment are the Ego One tanks, unfortunately they have stopped making most of them now in favour of the Tron etc but they are super easy to use, easy to dry burn and re-wick using the 1ohm CLR coils, they don't leak even though bottom filling and are great for MTL, again she should be able to drop her nic level with them. I'm primarily on the MTL boat so have tried so many over the past couple of yrs, Protanks were my go-to for so long but they are now packed away in favour of the Ego range

Thinking about it decoy I'm not 100% sure either the Eleaf GS M or Mini Nautilus is going to be able (as you say) to bump up the power cutting down from 30mg to under 20mg. I've been using my 'M' tank this morning (and last night) and it's quite a gentle vape. I suppose the question is how high can a vaper set the watts to still MTL to increase Nicotine but what tank?

all i want kayfun v3 mini performance from shop got coils its not hard is it dont want to be hitting high watts or super low ohms so around 1 ohm coils (seems the nautilus wont do this) im not keen on kangertech at the moe because of the tendency they have to leak oh just to make it fun its gota be small

Definitely the Ego series then decoy with the rebuildable 1ohm CLR coils, short and stubby tanks.
