Afternoon each, Has anyone else noticed when you order from Chef's that 3 x 10ml bottles of concentrate are posted for a quid, but one bottle of 30ml concentrate gets whacked with the GBP 3.30 post charge Bit annoying as I only wanted the Mexican ice cream in a 30ml, but then added a few others to "justify" paying the higher postage - not exactly logical I agree

Thats cos 10ml fits as large letter but 30ml has to go as a parcel :-)

sydsut - OMG! I didn't realise the 10ml limit applied to concentrates as well... I'm a "lazy" mixer and usually make 100ml of something rather than fiddling with little bottles - I guess I'm going to start needing lots of small bottles of stuff

This doesn't necessarily follow that there is anything ' wrong or faulty ' with them. As you can imagine - I've placed many, many orders with Chefs and haven't had a single issue with one of them although Lewis/Karl themselves would be the first to admit I believe that they don't always get it right . . . . . who is above error in this world? However, as a company they are up there with the best when there are any ( rare ) issues from customers going by my observations elsewhere and I would strongly suggest that you or anyone else who has a problem contact the gents themselves or their Customer Service Manager Rhiannon Bailey via the website, telephoning or their own Facebook page. I would stake my concentrate collection that in the case of a genuine complaint the matter being speedily resolved completely to the customer's satisfaction if the right people are contacted.

I can only agree wholeheartedly with Perpetua , I have yet to find a company who are so willing to put their hand up when wrong, and go out of their way to put it right. I'm guessing that markus problem was with the range including gin (cant remember the name) and they did try to sort it out, I think you are very much in the minority markus not just in here but in the whole vaping community
