I just checked whether the domain vapeescape.co.uk and IP address are listed with www.spamhaus.org and they aren't. Spamhaus is where the ISP's report spammers to and they then block them, in turn they then check against the spamhaus lists to determine whether something is spam or not. I don't have any issues reciving emails from Jason through my own email service (exchange) or Google so if it is a specific ISP then I can't understand why they would have put a block on his domain name. Did the emails appear in the spam/junk folder at all?

I've had something like this before with Hotmail, a couple of the gaming websites I use for downloading mods for pc games couldn't get emails to me through my Hotmail account but are fine with my Yahoo account. It was no biggie to me as it was only for gaming related stuff but as these missing emails are for actual purchases I think Hotmail wants a kick up the arse for this, and their gonna get one.

Like i said above it will be more paypal not sending the emails, if there system is bizzy or has a email queue and has timed out. Or an error with APIs via the sellers site.

Quite often I receive emails from friends with Hotmail addies that they didn't send. I wouldn't touch it.

Update:
Ordered stuff from Jason and elswhere today and used a Yahoo email address, all the confirmation / shipping notices came through.
Seems that its just Hotmail servers thats auto deleting them.
