Rookie question 😕

Hi

Sorry maths is not my forte ☹
How could I / do I make 24mg bottles of e liquid into 18mg?

You would need to dilute it with a lower strength e-liquid, or dilutent such as VG or PG.

If you have 10ml of 24mg/ml and add an additional 3.3ml of 0mg/ml dilutent you get 13.3ml of 18mg/ml e-liquid.
If you have 30ml of 24mg/ml and add an additional 9.9ml of 0mg/ml dilutent you get 39.9ml of 18mg/ml e-liquid.

Note : Using just VG and/or PG will dilute the flavour slightly too.

VG is available from pharmacy's such as Boots (£1.49) in 200ml bottles and is called Glycerin, or from DIY ecig suppliers:

Thanks for the info. Where does the 3.3 ml come from? I've had a look at some handy (not!!!) calculator things but have given up the will to live lol!!
Would mixing it with another 10ml bottle with 12mg have the same result?

I used the nic combine tool from the EjuiceMeUp calculator (and some trial and error) to calculate the 3.3ml of 0mg/ml diluent per 10ml of 24mg/ml eliquid. (Where the 3.3ml of 0mg/ml diluent could be VG, PG or 0mg/ml e-liquid)

Yes , if you mixed 10ml of 24mg/ml with 10ml of 12mg/ml you would also achieve 18mg/ml.

Yay 😃 That sounds like the safest option for me!!! Simples :-) Not really, but I'm learning something new every day (a lot makes no sense 🤔) Think I'm becoming a bit obsessed. Need to remember the little steps not the flat out race to the finish 🏆

Yay 😃 That sounds like a sensible option for me at the moment. I didn't get very far but everyday is a school day and I'm learning a lot (also a lot I don't understand at the minute lol)
I need to remember it's wee steps first and I'm not a in a
race lol! I think I'm becoming a tad obsessed 😞
