tagging striker42 ...he has just started squonking with this device...& may have hints Thanks for the tag gill2009 . I do have a hint, buy a decent regulated mod and stick a tank on top, crank to whatever Wattage suits and vape your wee cotton socks off. Squonking is just not doing "it" (whatever "it" is) for me either. Would a regulated squonker make a difference ? IDK.
Edit : Squonking is a part of vaping that everyone should try. Ok, I don't think it is going to be for me, but I'm glad I had the opportunity to try it. I can see how some folks might think it's the best thing that has happened in vaping, but for me it's still faff that I don't need.

thebishman, reading through the thread, I spotted a good hint from geordie_vaper about building lower, that for me is faff when you have to start tailoring coils to suit the device, I'm running dual claptons at .28 ohms and the vape is nothing special, ok it is effectively a mech hence the reason GV made the suggestion. But it is also one of the main reasons I now don't have a mech of any description. Digging the bottle out to fill it is a complete pain in the nuts, when you get it out and fill it then the faff and carry on putting it back in without inadvertently squeezing the bottle and getting juice everywhere is just not for me. A lot to be said for unscrewing, fill, screw on the cap of a tank and away you go. As for battery life, when you build lower the battery life starts to become an issue, not just with the squeeze, but with all mech mods and the vape starts to drop off, again more faff, but as I said above a regulated squonker might solve that issue. I also find the quality and consistency of the vape to be here, there and everywhere, difficult to predict what your going to get when the triggered is pulled and the drip tip sucked. When all's said and done I'll stick to a dual batt regulated device and a tank on top, each to their own and all that.

Edit : With the squeeze you will be limited to a 22mm atty.

Whilst giving my reasons in the above post, I tried to employ some diplomacy and not cause any upset to the squonker fans on the forum. On this occasion, I hope it has came across in the proper manner, being diplomatic about things is not my strong point as gill2009 and taz96 can confirm. I must add that the squeeze was given to me by macmagoo and I am extremely grateful, thanks to his generosity, that I have been able to give squonking a whirl. I understand that the coral atty is possibly not the best to cut your teeth on, so I'm considering a bottom fed pin for my 22mm Goon and a bit of perseverance. I could possibly put up with some faff if the quality of the vape was a bit special, but at the moment it's not.

Atleast you had a go though Not quite sure how you can make a mess fitting the bottle lol. Unless your literally filling to to the top maybe. Build a coil is building a coil...same faff for rta as it is for rda so that to me isnt any different. Agreed on the battery dropping with use. However i seemed to have found a build that is good from fresh battery and still provides a good vape when it flattens. Why dont you try a vw mod squonker? That would atleast eleviate the battery issue. Either doesnt matter what or how we vape...staying off the stinkies is all that matters

I've only just started squounking and whilst waiting for my coppervape am enjoying the NarDa on the pico squeeze. A shame that you've had a bad experience yahoo2u2 but don't give up until you try. Like others it may not be for you but at least try. For me it's all about flavour. Even the best tanks can't beat an RDA for flavour since they have chimneys, juice control etc. An RDA is coil/wick close to the mouth and full on flavour. A squonker is just an RDA with a juice supply? I do agree with the arguments about the mods. Even though your going to sub ohm and so will have coils that suit a mech, it would be nice to have a vw squonking mod. For me the cheapness/purity of a mech and a simple bottom feed rda makes a tank and vw mods seem a little clunky. Each to their own and happy vaping

striker42 I don't know what build you have put in but it needs a low ohm build and a decent BF atomiser to get the best out of it.

Using a Coppervape squonker and a Narda and the vape is excellent
