So my parcel arrived this morning but it was not correct I got the Tesla 3 invader which is fine not so the eVicPrimo they sent as it should have been a Wismec Predator, so I have made use of their contact me page and asked them to sort it out, this has nothing to do with how that mod performs and more to do with not getting what I ordered in the first place and being reasonable and taking substitutions, and that also being screwed up. Now the shipping went pretty quick so no complaint there as if I recall correctly it was shipped on the 4th and arrived here today and no customs sticker or charges so on that front it was very good.
Update just had a response which was quick I contacted them at 10.17 am and they replied at 10.35 offering a $10 refund and would I keep the eVic, I think I might be better off keeping it as the Predator has a dodgy 510.

Refund now with PayPal, I cannot fault Cassie for her response times. You're the lucky one, I've been waiting since the 5th May for a response to mine. I've had the refund but hadn't asked for one, just questioned why I wasn't offered alternatives like most others, but it seems that once the refund is done she/he doesn't want to know |
