TF-RBA G2 "check atomizer" problem

Hi,

We've ordered 2 of these from dnavapes sale but neither of them are working.

We filled one up after adding cotton but when we try to use it it says "check atomizer" and we've tried it on 3 different mods and re-coiling it as well.

We thought it might be a dodgy tank so we opened and tried the second tank but it is doing the same thing, still saying "check atomizer".

Any ideas what the issue might be?

Be pretty rare for both tanks to be faulty surely.

amygx I have much the same problem with a Protank 4. Bottom pin is the trouble with mine..It gets pushed back in and will not connect no matter how I adjust the 510 connection on the mod.

I'm sure you will have thought of that but if not, have a look.

Definately sounds like an issue with the 510 connection of the atty. Is the pin too flush? Overall length of threaded section of atty too short?

Maybe an obvious question but is the deck part screwed down properly in the base?
If it isn't screwed down all the way it won't make a connection with the positive pin in the base.

Yeah looks like threaded section on tank is too short. Bit silly that. I got one to fire after a bit of tugging and pulling but ill need to play with it some more.

lol oh yeah that does sound a bit wrong. Don't you start,  my friends keep saying I have a funny way with words.

Take the deck part off the base, use a screwdriver to push the pin out of the base from the inside so the top of the pin is flush with the inside of the base, put the deck part back on the base screw it down as far as it can go, now push the pin against a hard flat surface.
That will ensure the pin is protruding as far as possible and still making good contact.
