So, I ordered a pico squeeze kit with the coral dripper to see what this squonking lark was all about and was wondering ......
Whats the coral like - any good for a first go or total crap (Should have asked this before I ordered the kit I know)
Assuming the coral is okay ....
Is it better at MTL or DTL
It comes with a couple of claptons - any good or throw them away and make a coil myself
What works best - single or dual coils ... and clapton or just normal coils ..... and Stainless or Kanthal
If the coral is only good for the bin then what works well on the squeeze - I am flexible on the MTL DTL thing and do both as well as somewhere inbetween depending on what's got juice in it at the time
Any hints or tips before it arrives gratefully recieved

Congrats on buying a great set up
I and many others found the coral to be pants.
Put a narda/odis rda on it and its a perfect set up. Both single coil atties.
My fav build is 6 wraps of 0.4mm kanthel 3mm id coil. Hits very well with a fresh battery...and as battery drops it turns into a good satisfying vape.
Btw...anyone else wanting a squeeze (of the mod variety!) they are going for 17 dollars on fast tech right now! Bargain!

You get 2 in the box anyway. Bit delending on how much you use it the bottles loose there clean look www.fasttech.com/products/0/10030089/6587701-authentic-eleaf-pico-squeeze-pc-bottle-10-packDepending on how much you paid for it...if you didnt get on with it gimme a shout But...do experiment with it...as its essentially a mech, it will take some trial and error till you find your sweet spot. Well worth the effort.

I like the squeeze and don't even mind the Coral. The main problem is actually getting it "firing on all cylinders" Basically, it has a chip which limits it to 50w (as I understand it) but 50w is not like 50w on most regulated devices. I can't even vape at 50w without some serious thought to the set-up. I build the NarDA to around 0.45 and keep it topped up on charge as often as possible. I build on the Coral to 0.35-0.40 and it never vapes anywhere near the intensity of me putting that on another non-squonking mod at 4.2v. It reminds me of the (not so good) days of mech + RDA vaping. You think the maths tells you you're vaping at 35w or whatever when actually you are way off that in reality. Overall, it reminds me of 30w back in the day of 30w mods. However, in general, squonking is the closest I can get to dripping for flavor.

Thanks thebishman - I'll see how it goes when it gets here and I'm not averse to a bit of experimentation with it so hopefully it will be all good. But if it all goes wrong you can have yourself a bargain
