Yep, fair play hope they do well with it.
I recently seen some 72mg nic elsewhere listed as 'not for human consumption' like them old legal highs they used to sell.
Cant see that staying up long.

That's the reason I said interesting Postmodern Smoking . I'm along with you in THINKING it might not be just as straightforward as that. But thinking is not really definitive. We need someone who KNOWS what is right or wrong. But who that someone is, is anybody's guess. I've purchased a fair few items from that vendor, top class company to deal with. They must be fairly sure it's a goer, or are they giving it a shot to see what the outcome will be ? IDK. But I admire them for giving it a go.

From what I can make out the MHRA has been often giving wishy-washy, non-committal answers to many vendors. Also passing the buck to Trading Standards to make the call. Indeed even the notifications that were submitted to them are now not being approved by them.... but instead they asking the manufacturers to declare their own conformity! The whole thing appears to a shambles!

It looks as if the only solution to these enigmas/confusions etc. will be a court case so that the law can be tested. Unfortunately this will mean some poor vendor getting charged, stock confiscated and the massive expense of a trial and all that entails. Who will be brave and wealthy enough to stand up for vaping I don't know.

There are two different facebook groups with 2 sightly different variations for selling larger bottles of juice one intends to sell unopened 2nd hand eliquid and the other is selling "opened but unused" eliquid - really not sure how either solution fits with TPD but they seem pretty sure its legal *shrugs*

I guess it has all been last minute editing of many, many non-compliant products, in an attempt to get around the regs, the contents list was probably the original contents list..... so I guess that the contents list is incorrect. If you are interested in ordering though, maybe worth emailing/calling them.
