My tank is the Smok Spiral plus which is 4ml your one is the Smok Spiral which is only 2ml, check FT

As it's a SMOK (or I'm a clot....) I had to bottom fill it as the top was far too intellectually challenging for me.....otherwise, jolly good

the bit the drip dip fits into un-screws mate the bit with the rings round it

@dozerman - I did try to unscrew the top first - just can't move it....will get an industrial wrench on it tomorrow

i guessed you probably had lol lol 
TBH one of mine was tight i just used some pliers on it and now make sure i don't tighten it down hard
