Hi all,
I have been reviewing for a while now and need some feedback on how to get viewers to watch them. Is there anything I should be adding to/removing from the reviews. Anything that I should be saying that I never say. Or anything else to try and help me to get more viewers.

How about showing some emotion in your vlogs, it comes across very monotone, you seem to be very forgetful and dare I say a bit boring. Well you did ask

It must be hard being a reviewer so im not "dissin!"
But id definately give your reviews an injection of fun and smiles. As mentioned above they a re little on the monotone side. Need to try and make reviews that are catchy and that people remember.
Factually you cover what people need to know so thats good.
Personally i like reviews that are like 5 -10mims maximum. Anything more i lose interest.

A little inflection and intonation in your speech will add some interest and variance to your presentation and some altered facial expression, it comes across a little flat and unenthusiastic as is, please don't take it as having a go I watch your reviews and you often give good details and insight, it's the presentation using the tools mentioned that can help you improve and gain viewers, if you stay as is it does let you down a little.

In addition to what has already been mentioned . . . . personally I never watch reviews unless I'm looking for specific technical information and then I choose those that have the shortest play time as I can be doing without listening to someone wittering on for an age. Although I appreciate that others enjoy watching them just out of interest, even if I don't. I'll also suggest cutting back on the sheer deluge of reviews you post and use the time not spent ' reviewing ' on building up a forum personality, people may feel more inclined to engage in your reviews then - rather than feeling that you just use it to suit your own ends. That's where Roscopecotrain scored, Ross was a member first and reviewer second. You did ask @eatmybb and I've answered honestly.

TBH i was thinking how do i respond to this thread without sounding rude. I dont think i can say anything any better than this so thank you Perpetua for saying what i was thinking in a nice well formatted way.

Thanks for your reviews and tips @eatmybb, I have watched a few and I admire anyone willing to put themselves out there like this, also brave to ask for honest feedback. I agree that they have the detail and insight, and that more passion, enthusiasm and humour would be a big plus. Perhaps also make more use of editing so they are shorter and more snappy. In terms of getting more hits there's an awful lot of very good (and awful!) competition out there, so good luck
