Just got one of these but I find the flavour a bit muted compared to the Cleito 120. I’m using the supplied coils which I have heard described as “crap”. It’s still pretty good though so maybe the Cleito is just a hard act to follow.
I’d like to know if there are any particular coils that work best with this tank.
TIA

I have not used the coils that come with it, and I only use simple round ss316 wire and am happy with the flavor but the cleito probably has a bit more. Also, if you have only just started using the tank, give it a day or so to break in and get the coils as close to the air holes as possible and closing down the AFC will also give you a bit more flavor as well. I don't use any fancy coils and think round or maybe a standard clapton will work well for most RTA's

Now you mention it, I made the OP quite soon after using it for the first time, and since then the favour seems to have improved.
I’ve always used plain old Kanthal in builds with good results, but you just get deluged with this tidal wave ofinformation about this coil, that coil, aliens, fraliens, fused this, stapled that, SS, NI, my brain hurts. I just don’t have the time or patience to experiment.
I’ll stick with what’s in there for the time being. In all other respects it’s a fantastic tank.

I always give new tanks a few days to break in. Even after cleaning the tank out, then fresh coils, the taste can take a while to get to it's best I find. Take the Intake for instance. When I got it, I was this close to giving up on it as I would get a couple of nice pulls from it, then the dry hits would come and ruin it all but I decided to give it another chance, wicked it again and toned down the watts a little and it is a lovely vape for a single coil RTA I always try my best to give new tanks a fair chance with a bit of trial and error, but it's nice when they just work first time out

Yes, good points. I might just try recoiling it with common or garden Kanthal. I’ve always had good results with it in the past.
