I have not updated the firmware yet but some have been having problems.

If the USB cable that comes with the mod is black, then that does not work as it is a basic charge only cable with no data transfer.
Newer batches come with a blue USB cable which works fine.

Or just use one of your own micro usb data cables when updating the mod

There is an update for TC, and there is a new update for the standard firmware but it does not say what it changes or adds to the party matey

So.......My Topside turned up on Monday and I'm a bit disappointed to be honest

I've been using it with a Drop Dead and I've tried 3 x different builds 0.25, 0.3 and 0.45

Maybe its me and my building skills but its just not hitting the spot, I've built the drop dead as an RDA and its been fine

I'm going to give it another go tomorrow with a different build and see what the results are otherwise it off to the classies

So...… after my girlie strop (see above) I eventually got a decent build and...…

Its now cooking with gas, got some new 21700 batteries and its settled and working like it should

obviously its down to my building skills of which I need to work on but the mod itself is now putting a smile on my face 

I've been using it non stop for 2 days and revisiting youtube searching RDA building for numpties
