Appreciating I am probably in a minority of one....I'm guessing the reason I might like Cremeaux so much is that it doesn't have "Cat vomit" in it (Capella Custard v.1) You get cat vomit from cap v1? I do find that strange 🤔 |

jtc - I think Cap v.1 is just one of those flavours I don't get on with - certainly when I mixed my own custards - maybe it was the high % as I like Kreed's recipe but that is a much lower %
