As above its nice of you to respond to everybody and let us know your views / feelings. TBH a lot of us DIY our juice so therefore only tend to buy premixed juice as a "treat", But having a quick look through your site i like the idea of been able to buy different ratios. Also it seems to me that for us home brewers it may be worth looking into one-shots of your best sellers.

In my opinion, going for a YouTube reviewer is fraught with problems. Firstly, you rely on that reviewer liking what they've been sent and getting the point across to an audience. If they don't like it for whatever reason, then it's all too easy for that audience to take it as not being very good. Next point is, what does that reviewer expect from you ? A one off review of X amount of flavours ? He/she picks the flavours to be reviewed ? They want the whole range to review ? They will only review if you agree to supply juice to them for an indefinite time period ? I ask these questions having watched a company's ex reviewer, over the last 5/6 months, to single handedly try and wreck that company because they no longer extended the hand of free juice to him for review. I too prefer written reviews. I find there is more to be gained by a two minute read than a 10 minute waffle with a picture. Might be better picking a few members here or even a few from your customer base, send them a bit out to test and give you some feedback with no obligation on either side. Always good to see a company extending their brand and the best of luck to you with that going forward.

Kent custard is by far my favourite Kent Custard is pretty tasty. Unfortunately it's days are numbered One of the ingredients has been discontinued, so at a guess, I'd say that it'll no longer be available as it is now in 3-6 months. Bit heartbreaking, but them's the breaks. I'm working on a V2, but it'll be difficult to pull together that smokey molasses note in an alternative way. Not impossible, but it'll always be a bit different.

B Road Blaster - you're right, a lot of people are going the DIY route, and more power to them. It's where I started and it's been a journey. I had a discussion with my mum the other day about wintergreen, I was surprised that she knew what it was (it's the flavour of Dentyne chewing gum, Deep Heat and root beer that no one can quite put their finger on), but she told me my uncle used to use it as a salve after playing rugby when he was a lot younger and we had a good conversation about it. Doesn't seem that important, but flavours and aromas can really take you back to points in your life in the same way that music can connect you to important moments you remember. On topic, at the moment there are no plans to release one-shots/concentrates. It doesn't mean that it won't happen in the future, but there's a lot going on now over here already, so that good idea is on the back burner for the time being. It is a good idea though, and I can see it having potential so watch this space! Also, I did contact Phil Busardo for a review! Here's his reply: "Hey Nathan! Really appreciate that, but I'm limiting liquid reviews to US based manufacturers... until there are none left I guess. ;-) Thank you!!"

As you say it is amazing what different smells / tastes / sounds can drag up from the memory banks. TBH i am still not convinced a "commercial juice reviewer" will help your brand that much, As us vapers seem to all be a fickle bunch and take most things with a pinch of salt anyway. Like most things it takes time for a product to gain momentum and get a good loyal following (unless you have ££££££££ to throw at marketing ). To me i tend to see what "true" everyday vapers are using I:E the forum members or mates then see what their view on said juice is like, If they say its worth a punt then i may buy a bottle to try i am also the same with one shots / concentrates. So after all that waffle i say word of mouth is you best way to get your name / juice out in the wild and into the publics mind. Maybe send a few out for free also do a few comps where people could win a couple of bottles of your juice as long as they do a review on a few sites.

"As you say it is amazing what different smells / tastes / sounds can drag up from the memory banks" Too true. Sometimes you just get a taste or a smell and you're reminded of some time you have fond memories of. I have that with turf, but not really a vapable flavour, lol. As I said to my daughter when I was reversing the car, "this takes me back" "i say word of mouth is you best way to get your name / juice out in the wild and into the publics mind." Very true. We've been in business since 2015 and word of mouth/excellent reviews have been our staple for attracting new customers, and we've been grateful for each and every one. DPSJ hasn't really invested in advertising so much as making really tasty juice and letting the juice do the talking. No amount of promotion is going to make a dull juice good, the juice needs to be great. I think we're pretty much saying the same thing B Road Blaster , lol Hope you're well
