try wedging something between the atty and mod and levering up a tad as you twist again, if the atty bottom is threaded this may allow it to re-engage and screw out.
If its seized in the thread and is spinning the aspect of the mod its screwed into its probably already buggered.

if you dont have a knife edge/paint scraper that will squeeze in. Dental floss is strong and can fit into tiny gaps.. tie some around the 510 base wrap round a scredriver handle and pull up as you try to engage the thread

just a quick note you may be spinning the 510 on the mod itself whick in turn will break the wires inside, depends on how they are fitted

On the threads it spins? (I would wrap a few rubber bands or around or three of duct tape over the threads, but expecting to destroy the RTA base.) As noted above, the 510 plate in the Smok may be unsecure. Your smok device may have fulfilled it's destiny. Cheers I

Does the 510 socket spin or the atty spin in the 510 socket (threads stripped on the socket)? If it is a separate 510 socket on the mod with a nut inside (unlikely) you need to stop that nut spinning. If the threads are stripped on the socket it needs replacing, if the threads are cut into the top section of the mod of will have to drill out the socket and fit a varitube or similar 510 and possible spacers to ensure the bottom is clear of the circuit board and or battery (done this with thick ss washers, a PITA to resize the outside diameter of the washers nicely with hand tools).
