I am at last seeing the fruits of my labours, I built a big extension on the house and installed Bi-fold doors, so nearly 4 meters of glass opening onto the garden and I can actually sunbathe on the carpet in my house watching TV Happy Days

I think my Farenheit/Celsius converter is broken. What you call hot, we call nice. It's supposed to get up to 30 Celsius here, tomorrow. I can't wait, it's going to be a beautiful day.

Hi Esme I have OA in my wrists/thumb joints and fibromyalgia symptoms (long story, doc will not diagnose) Anyway, I thought heat was supposed to help these problems ??? I think I feel worse than i do when it's cold I have bought some 'Magicool' spray from Superdrug, 3 for 2 at the moment. it's giving slight relief, worth a shot?

I've had fibro for 20 years now, diagnosed in 1997 I look forward to warm weather, but for whatever reason, I'm also suffering more as a result Knees and legs are a bit swollen. Severe pain in my arms as well, although that's been going on for a while now.

I've tried that and to me its like the Evian spray that they advertise on beauty ads........... all it does is cool but no relief from pain. I've been waking up covered with sweat and stiff as hell, be glad when and if it gets cooler

I find it quite useful for my feet, I can't sleep if they're too hot I've been waking very stiff, sore and muscle weakness I hate to moan about this 'good' weather but I'll be happier once it cools off a bit
