My work manager ordered 2 new Riva batteries via me a couple of months back. One seemed faulty after a few days - wouldn't charge. I emailed Jason to say we were returning it and he said fine he'd take a look. 3 days back, she produces the package from her desk drawer and proceeds to stick it in the post! I told her it looks like I'm a big fat liar cos she could have been using it now for weeks.....she's just forgotten about it after putting in the envelope. I didn;t even bother to email Jason again as to be honest, I felt embarassed. This morning's post to me produces a brand new replacement.... I think that's great service - Jason would have been well within his rights to refuse after that length of time as he doesn't realy know that it's not been used, does he? That's what will keep customers returning - thanks again Jason. Ali x

I agree, it does seem that all of the sellers who post on this forum are of the higest standing when it comes to customer service. So Jason have a clap on the back from me, and I am sure that everyone else who has used you too. There are probably a lot more in the Kudos to suppliers section.

Couldnt agree more, Jason has always been 100% on the ball with customer service. Gotta add, all the suppliers have been great as well.

of course he is perpy there are quite a few who would get withdrawl symptoms without him the first being griz who else would be around to take him for walkies then theres blakey who would be crying so much that our drought stuation would be well and truly over then there's barclays and lloyds would be in a down turn as queenie and karmas cards would be used as much the list goes on..........

My first order with Jason was an eGo Twist and I have to agree his service is next to non. He has a problem at the moment though and I had to call him and they know about the problem but can not find a solution with the software company. Basically if you try to register you details on his site using Safari web browser the verification numbers where you have to input random numbers or letters does not work and when you enter what should be entered it does not recognize what you have typed so it kicks you out and you have to start with all your details all over again. which I did 3 times aregggg. Anyhow rang Jason and he knows about this problem and hopefully for all us Mac users it will be sorted shortly. Anyway as I was saying I ordered an eGo Twist at 2pm and it arrived at my doorstep the day after. Excellent Service keep it up Jason. Mixdoctor

I have to concur with what everyone else has said about Jason.....he and his service are brilliant. My first ever vaping order ( and many more since lol) was with him, and the reason that i chose VE was due to all the great things that I had read about him from this forum I have always received my orders the next day, and when I had a problem with one of my batteries he just replaced it for me without a quibble, which was fantastic, as we didn't know whether it was faulty or not. It could have been me that had done something unintentionally to it that buggered it up, but that wasn't an issue for him, he just popped another in the post to me, so he definitely deserves all the praise that he gets #icon_thumbsup#
