I've definitely got it the right way up. But the collar doesn't seem designed to click back on. The surface of the indented section on the plastic body are dead smooth, as is the interior surface of the collar. So it doesn't matter how hard it's pushed on, there's simply nothing that will click or grip it in place.
Have I got a different version? I got them from Vapeescape fairly recently and I thought they were the latest (version 2 is it?)

It doesn't click back in place..It's an interference fit, atleast on the ones I have got and seen. If you collar slides on and off easily, looks like glue is your only option..There are too many manufacturers of these clearos to know for certain how each manufacturer puts their version together..

Thanks for the clarification, macca. This is definitely not an interference fit. The surfaces remain perfectly flush with each other as you slip the collar on, and there is no friction between the two even when you've pushed to the point where the internal washer on the collar is fully up against against the plastic rim. I don't know if this photo makes it any clearer.: Oh well. Maybe glue is an option.

Yeah must be put together differently...I took a couple of collars off the one's I have got and the inside has a thread like ribbing to give it some purchase on the plastic.. You learn something new every day..

You learn something new every day.. Indeed. I've learnt several new things every day since joining this forum a few weeks ago.

Hope you get it sorted kuro. I'm just about to wash one of mine and will use warm water (not normal bleach and scrubbing brush - only joking).
Sorry guys but I still have questions - when you fill a clean rainbow, how long do you need to let it soak before you start vaping it? Oh and do you need to wash it before every refill, even if using the same juice?

I normally dribble the juice into the container along the walls where the wicks are and vape straightaway..
