Oh there are some real idiots out there. I remember once someone telling me that I shouldn't have tattoos. So I said "what tattoos?" His face was a picture. He said those ones on your arm. To which I replied "You must be seeing things, there are no tattoos on my arm". The I casually walked away

Do you have any vendor's cards annie? Some of them explain e-cigs very well, so they're handy to carry in your kit to hand out to the ignoramus

Thats why i use a discrete Titan for outings, not because i am worried what people think, but because after 3yrs i am now sick of explaining what i am doing.
If i do say so myself though i am quick off the cuff for a retort or 2 eg,a man thought he was funny by asking about a nicotine patch i was wearing years ago,i just smiled and said"its where i had a cessarian love" should have seen the puzzled face, priceless.

i used to hide my riva when I started,,,
But now I go out with my Lava Tube and arrie tank on it openly with pride,
Any body tells me anytihng I dont care coz I have just one reply... I am happy to suck on this huge pipe and look ridiculous than be puffing on some cancer stick and giving everyone around me cancer...
Some are pretty informed too..
Went to Rileys for snooker yesterday and asked the guy over there if it is fine..
He told me that e-cig is perfectly fine but dont smoke in open else some dumb f%$k would think it is ciggi and light up

TBH though before I started vaping I had NEVER seen an e cig in real life anywhere. Seen the look a likies but nothing like we use. I have still not seen anone in our town vaping but I know there are a few out there because one posts on here! So I kind of understand people get concerned. I am now on a Lava tube with a black Vision and it does look a bit sinister.... But then, I don't embarass easy and happily explain to folks what it is etc and I also give the same reply as Shamreez if anyone starts laughing at it, esp if they are smokers. I do prefer to use a Riva when out, but only for the reasons given above. that the LT for me, just looks a bit too daunting to others. Ali x

I use my Riva and Stardust around the police station where I work. No-one's bothered But then the Police tend to know what drug paraphernalia looks like

Yeah...I was wondering, actually, whether to get one of the key ring jobbies for outdoor use, but would it be a waste? Back ups are never a waste it really is tiny, i keep losing mine

If you want a cig clone go for the kr808d-1. There is nothing else on par with it that is that size. There is also the generously cheap kr808d-1 here www.safercigs.co.uk/Intro_Vapour_24MG_B_H/p705283_4164248.aspxI've used it and I prefer the draw to the volt batteries. The first time I used my ecigs outside the cops jarred me for over half an hour asking if I do or sell drugs. It was really lame and I've not used them visibly outside since. That was about a year ago so I know what you mean :-[

Why is it more socially acceptable to vape on a cig-a-like? I know a couple of vapers and they just think I'm mad, they'd rather just go to Tesco and pay inflated prices for boring pre filled cartos and overpriced batteries ???

So if I went for the SDK, all I would need on top, is a drip tip, as I have liquid........Is it a 510 fitting?
