As some of you know I have had a little bother with my Vgo adapters etc so I now really want another mod and would love some advice. My husband will be using both my Vigos so I will need two batteries. He is at work all day and is happy to just vape in the evening and doesn't really take much interest in them. I just hand it to him all filled up and ready to go I however, want flexibility with mine and no fuss with adapters. I would like something that has been tried and tested by lots of people so that if I do need advice on something there is a lot of info out there. To sum up I would like: Size - not too bulky, my Vigo is a perfect size for me. Power- minimum 650, I am at home all day and my mod is like a dummy! My Vigo is an automatic but I have read that this limits me but I would prefer something with a button on the front and a safety cap. I really want to try clearomizers, they look great. Please can you tell me which ones are the best, just so I can order them at the same time. Price wise, I am not too concerned. I hope I have made things a little easier for you with my list. I really appreciate the time you all put in helping me. Thanks

If you are using the Vigo, from a quick google search it looks like an eGo so you could easily get an 1100mAh battery and still use your existing kit but also use all the 510 kit on it also. Please correct me if I have been looking at the wrong one.

Some good suggestions from Des. Jason at Vapeescape started a thread last week about a new 'newbie' kit he is hoping to put together, which I think sounds spot on! Why don't you give him a ring, I'm sure he'd be happy to help. Or you could get in touch with vapout hut, other members have when his kits have been oos and he's put something suitable together for them! sorry your still not having much Vgo luck, but pleased that your hubby will be able to make use of it

Outnumbered, really sorry we couldn't help you with your VGO Batty, Karma is right, the VGO has a KR808D thread & according to Jacvapour that sells it, a 901 - 510 adapter wont work on it. Karma, the link Des posted is to the new Riva kit that Jason is putting together - I think it would be perfect for outnumbered. www.vapeescape.co.uk/the-ve-riva-1100-deluxe-kit~151Outnumbered, I'm sure Jason said in the suppliers section he should have the new stock for that kit, sometime this week. But as Karma says, you could ring him & see if he will put one together for you straight away.

Karma, thanks for the correction, I would not want to send someone down the wrong path. I agree that River's kits are a very good price. Is there not a 808 to 510 converter though, I thought sure I had seen one somewhere.

Chrissie and I have been tearing our hair out trying to source the one Outnumbered was told she needed as her 901 to 510 will not work with the auto battery, something to do with air holes ???

Ahh, that makes sense. I read the original last night and forgot about the auto battery part. That is what sleeping does to you lol

Honestly, I don't know if it would work or not Karma . . . 808's are a pesky connection to find an adapter for, without buying one to try, it's a stab in the dark really.

Hi outnumbered I looked at the VGO from jacvapour but decided on an EGO simply because of the availability of parts and accessories, the ego is far more popular and many suppliers stock them. (You're probably aware of the different battery fitting by now.)
Before buying our back up EGO's I shopped around many websites and decided that the Vision EGO from Liberty Flights was the best deal, it arrived last Saturday and I was well impressed with the kit.
If you register with Liberty Flights you can have your own affinity code (no need to use anyone else's code) and get 10% off the order placed plus another 5% to spend at a later date, so a total of 15% off, plus if you review the products you buy they add 17p per review to your account. So if you do your own affinity code it comes out at £34 plus postage
If you do go for the one from Liberty's don't forget to order an extra couple of Vision clearomisers as there is only one with the kit. Liberty's clearomisers work perfectly and appear to be good quality. Their VG flavours are pretty good too.
