Ooooh! I dropped mine on the living room carpet today but all was, fortunately, OK. I did drop my old Tornado on to concrete, carto down and the battery was as dead as a dodo - it was very very old though. The only problem I have with round e-cigs is they will roll off tables, worktops etc., and I don't have a level surface anywhere in this house!!

The vision broke off and left the screwed in bit in the ego a bit dicey there for a while

I also took the plunge, and ordered one of the VV kits that River is selling....just to cheer myself up #icon_rofl# #icon_rofl#
