If you are into Rebuildable type atomisers or are interested in learning how they work or want to just see some of the different types available there will be a Rebuildable Workshop at Vapefest Ireland for a couple of hours on the day. The times of workshop are yet to be decided but most likely after the raffle or maybe an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon.

It is hoped that attendees can share knowledge with each other and advise each other on various setups and of course, if you are just new or curious about rebuildable type atomisers it will be an ideal place to get a few tips from those who have experience with them.

If you are coming to Vapefest Ireland and are bringing a rebuildable type atomiser with you please feel free to join in the workshop on the day.
It would be great if anyone coming contacted me here or through PM with a picture and name of the device(s) you are bringing along so that I can add picture of device and your forum name to the Vapefest Ireland website to give website viewers an idea of what types of devices will be there on the day.

Stefan_Cork a member of the Irish Boards vaping forum and his wife Mary are going to be doing a non commercial workshop type table on the day where they will give advice on Electronic Cigarette & Battery Safety, Mixing E-Liquid Safely and even will show you how to fix ecig related things that are broken and how to clean electronic cigarette devices and maintain them properly.

If anyone is interested or wants advice on any of these or other safety matters make sure to say hello to Stefan and Mary or join in the workshop on the day

There will be 2 x one hours sessions and the times will be advised closer to the date. there will also be some safety related literature available at the workshop table for people to take away.

Raffle, Prize List and Freebies Information

The Pinkvaper (Cass) has kindly agreed to host the Monster Raffle on the day and there will be 50 prizes in total, as if there were any more prizes the raffle would take too long to complete

The raffle ticket cost has been changed from €1 to €2 each or 5 for €10 in order to lessen the chances of someone winning twice so that we get as many winners as possible. This also keeps costs down to run the event and saves the environment by using less paper.

When someone's main raffle ticket number is drawn they will then pick a random ticket number between 1 and 50 from a separate raffle drum and they will win the prize corresponding to the number that they pick.

If a number is called and no one has claimed it after a few announcements another number will be drawn instead.

Any merchandise received from supporting vendors that's not included in the raffle prizes will be given out as freebies to the first 70 attendees to arrive on the day by giving one freebie per person at the registration desk. Please see the Freebies section below for more information on this.
