My prob was that I liked the flavours so much I forgot to stop I have some lower ones now for a longer vape otherwise I have to remind myself to put it down

Its brill its like a never ending fag I can't leave it alone it did make me abit light headed at first and I got abit of a headache more of a muzzy head than a banger hahah but it seems to have settled now hope I don't od though that doesn't sound good

On a serious note debb, drink more fluids now you're vaping, as the vape tends to dehydrate you a bit

Ill filled the clearomiser up to 1.6 at about 5.15 pm its now just under the 1.2 mark ill put it down I think for a while then

But if you do have one do not beat yourself up about it. it is not about how many you smoke it is about how many you have avoided. If vaping takes your siccy count down to half that is a huge improvement isnt it.

i really dont feel the need for as of yet but i suppose its early days isnt it 21 hours and its been a breeze so far

Funny enough the start was easy for me, it was about 2 weeks in and was having a particularly hard day, I craved a ciggy. For those times I have a heavy & strong juice to satisfy my need, and once it has passed I go back to normal.
