i think it pops up from the bottom after 6 clicks..

Bathy it looks good.... my only suggestion would be that many visitors won't know what 'chat with Bathy' means - it might be better saying 'chat with a representative' or even just 'chat with us'

Is this a good idea or do you think customers should be left alone while they shop. !

All questions come straight to my iphone so i can be anywhere to answer them.

It's a great Idea, what better way to show new customers your wares and demonstrate the answers to their questions.
IMHO it's a step further than we already get from the great vendors we have on here and I hope it works or better still, sets a trend

Like the idea Bathy, but agree with oneday.

If I was new to the site and saw 'Hi, i'm Bathy', with a chat box underneath, I'd think it was a pop up from, well, could be anyone!

you have to come out then go back in. i think it has something to do with cookies.!!! or jammy dodgers one of the two.

I just loaded it up in Firefox (was using IE before) and it still says "Hi I'm Bathy"

Still saying 'Hi i'm Bathy' for me too. Perhaps it will take a while. I'll look again later.
