Lol............ it can be confusing and a bit too much to take in but you never know............ a few months or a year you will be up to trying something new........ me I'm one of those people who has to try different things lol............ But the Riva is a great battery and you should get over a day's vaping before having to charge

This is very true, there is definitely a hobby aspect to this if you want it. I certainly never found myself considering the merits of a more powerful or shiney lighter, or having long debates about the subtleties of different cig flavours. But I can (and do) discuss vaping for hours, organise my kit, etc, etc

Hi and welcome tmax!

I'm new to vaping as well - two weeks tomorrow! I bought the Riva kit and I love it, the batteries last me a full day of vaping (heavily oops!) and within the first couple of days I had cut my 40+ rollies a day habit down to a maximum of 4 (only 3 yesterday) and tbh I didn't even want to give up smoking!!!

Don't put yourself under any pressure to give up, just enjoy the vaping and count the ciggies you don't smoke, its one of the best bits of advice I received from the lovely members here!

Welcome from me too tmax, another one who started on the Riva and still uses it occasionally - great starter kit. This will give you some things to try which I am sure you will like. If you find it is not giving you enough throat hit you can try higher nicotine juice and/ or try the lower resistance cartomisers or clearomisers next time.
